Simple Vietnamese peanut sauce
I have asked restaurants how they make there peanut sauce and they always say to me if I told you I would go out of business and I don’t blame them for thinking that way. Now what I’m about to teach you is my personal way of making the sauce and people that know about the sauce will tell you it pretty close if not better
You will need (for a good amout of sauce)
- 2 part Organic smooth peanut butter
- 1 part Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 part Agave neactor
- 2 tbs Oyster sauce
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- And chilli flakes for a hint of heat
In a bowl start with smooth organic peanut butter, (I used great value from Walmart) Now your goal is to kinda water it down like syrup. So in the same bowl add some low sodium soy sauce. I would say around 2 parts peanut butter, 1 part soy sauce and 1 part agave neactor. add 2 tbs of oyster sauce, 1 clove of chopped garlic, drizzle about 2 table spoons of sesame oil and mix together and if you feel that it’s kinda thick mix some more agave into it and make it thiner!
Dip your spring rolls into it! And get ready to explode!!!!
And try not to drink it! Lol
